Racing is exciting!  I want to hold races in every big city!

Race tracks take up too much space. Closing streets isn't feasible...

And then I realized: Every city ALREADY has race tracks:

Welcome to "Parking Garage Rally Circuit"

Controls:
Accelerate: Up Arrow / Right Trigger / (A)
Brake and Reverse: Down Arrow / Left Trigger / (B)
Steering: Left and Right Arrows / Left Stick
Drifting: HOLD Space / (X) similar to Mario Kart

FYI: This gamejam entry was eventually made into a full commercial release on Steam

If you have trouble with the HTML version playable above, give the downloadable Windows version a try!

Dear Walaber Entertainment,

I hope you’re doing well! My name is Renil Mathew Felix, and I’m reaching out from Banzan Studios, the team behind SnackR—an exciting new platform that combines the best of TikTok, YouTube, and Patreon, specifically designed for creators like you. We’ve been following your work, and we’re particularly impressed by your project, "Parking Garage Rally Circuit" The creativity behind it caught our attention, and we believe it would resonate well with our growing audience on SnackR. SnackR is an all-in-one platform where creators can share games, animations, and comics, and engage with a dedicated mobile-first audience. This is built by a team of folks who have been creators themselves and have faced the same problems that young creators like you do. Each feature and functionality is built while keeping the ‘Creator’ in mind. We're focused on giving creators control over their content and its reach, and we'd love for you to be part of this journey. While "Parking Garage Rally Circuit" truly stood out to us, you’re not limited to submitting just that—we’d be thrilled to explore any other game or project you think might be a great fit for SnackR as well. If you're interested in learning more about how SnackR could benefit you and help you reach new audiences, I’d love to discuss this further. Please let me know if you’re available for a quick chat. Feel free to check us out in the meantime: Website: https://banzan.co/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/banzanstudios/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/banzanstudios/ I’ll also share a short video showcasing what SnackR is all about—this will give you a better sense of how we’re creating a platform tailored for creators like you: ~ https://www.instagram.com/p/DCVjW1LIM07/ Here's the actual app on Google Play. How did he get that retro pixelated filter/effect? I really like it!

I've included Parking Garage Rally Circuit in a compilation of games from the Ludum Dare 54 game jam @ 16:59

18:54 to see the car go flying like a discus.

Great game, really fun to drive. Having an AI to race against would be really cool.

That's why the button "Fake Multiplayer" is there, overall really good game though.

Pretty fun, it freezes a lot though in browser

pretty cool. it was really fun

We love this concept and hope you build on it. We made a video but the page won't let us post it. We are Beef Gravy Studios on YouTube. Video Title "Spirits, Zombies, Twitter, and Bots". Your game starts at 18:23. The fake multiplayer was brilliant. The name alone got us interested. The track was fun and creative. You really utilized all the area. The ability to fall off edge made it more exciting and the reset button kept things moving. At one point we were able to drive on the ceiling. It was a hilarious glitch and we hope you leave it in. The car handled well and drifting worked properly. More tracks in different countries would be cool to see. Keep up the good work!

great driving game!

i just found the game and it is really good. there is so much potential. and the concept is great, i am already looking forward to what you are going to add to it.

Nice game. Kind of reminds me of the PS1-era of these kinds of games. I did find a little oversight where I can get out of the map with enough speed on a downhill slope. Good thing you implemented a restart course button.

Nice job checking that people actually did the course haha. I tried to push my way right around back to the start line to get an absurd time lol. No luck!

That's a fun time! Really neat concept, with a cute and charming game to match - great job!

Hah, that was fun! Best time: 2:38:550.

Fake Multiplayer was a fun idea. How about a "Chaos Mode" where all the parked cars drive around randomly? :)

btw triggers didnt work on my new XBox gamepad. A and B did tho.
